very helpful. My computer was using 25% of its CPU from this thing and found that the Windows Update service (wuauserv) was the main cause of it! It worked perfectly and Windows found and installed more than 1 GB update ( it took around 25-30 minutes to find the all updates, so be patient and watch the routers
