This is usually caused by drivers using improper addresses. Hoping someone can help me. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time. Thank you for posting back letting us know the outcome - much appreciated.

Best to put a memory .dmp file on a server,make it public access and post a link. oh well i uninstalled pc tools and downloaded the microsoft security essentials.
