Windows Xp Repair Install No Mouse Keyboard

I am stuck on this screen and afraid to do a hard restart because I am concerned that I will not get another chance to do a Repair Installation. How can we resolve the keyboard issue so I can install windows? Sorry.Neither the keyboard nor the mouse work.
